A perfect spot for a short stay! The room was neat and organized, and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave in the morning. Clean towels, clean sheets, and a clean floor—just how it should be. Worst experience ever don’t believe I checked was having good and I booked but they were disappointing didn’t clean the room for two days even after saying such a bad staff and the bathroom was stinking a lot you can’t even smell it’s that you can’t sleep even we complained about but nobody responses for that and they put a child on reception. The staff was so rude and unprofessional they didn’t clean the room for three days and didn’t even changed the towels, the bathroom was stinking so bad that you couldn’t even sleep, and they didn’t even care if you are paying for the comfort please don’t come here!

the hotel is not valuable for the money .totally non maintained property. they gave ground floor room to us.the room and wash room is sticking, and the dirty bedsheet is there.in the washroom, there is no hanger to hang any cloths or towel.there is cockroaches in room. so overall, it was a very bad experience.

Decent for the price but not the best!

Nothing like wow, especially the check-in experience was not that great and also the bathroom was not maintained well as few if the lights were not working

Gayser not working. Our family had to struggle for 5 days without hot water. Intercom not working had difficulty to contact reception and kitchen. Tv was not working for 2 days. The room given was in 3rd floor and no lift available. I have even escalated this to fab on call centre but no response
