It is worthy for the money we spent as room charges .. Many family there to attend Aiims Exam. And nobody complaint about it. In industrial area it is OK for meetings and those who visit cancer center it is very close.

Hotel is located very close to the Railway station and to most of the tourist spots in the city. The hotel appearance is classy though inside there are places which would do good with some maintenance. Breakfast buffet was average. There were lot of items and most were good but unfortunately the bakery products viz. Danish, muffin etc were a big let down, they were stale. The service in the restaurant was excellent. They were very warm and sincere. So whatever was lacking in the food they actually made up with their service. Coming to the room, it was not huge but optimum sized. The furniture and electrical equipment were complimenting the look of the room. They had an old world charm. Loved the balcony which was huge overseeing the garden. Thing I found awkward which kind of disappointed me are as follows:- 1) At first when I booked I forgot to mention that the booking was for two adults and just because of that Hotel was charging approx INR 1000. 00 per night with taxes for my wife. I was surprised as I had booked a double bed room. So I cancelled and rebuked which seemed cost effective for me. 2) Although my booking was for 2 adults in a doubled room, there was only one pair of slippers, one Bath robe and most surprisingly free Wi-Fi for only one person. The additional person would be charged 100/- per day for Wi-Fi. Now let me tell, these may not be the most important things for many people but I felt although unimportant even these small things go a long way in shaping the impression of the stay.

Resorts provides beautiful view of the Brindavan garden. The staff is cooperative and well mannered. It's is a old heritage building that has been converted to a hotel so the construction is a bit old and that's no elevator. Brindavan garden and the scaled fountain show was a major disappointment though.

We converted our 2 AC rooms to 1 family room at no extra cost. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, but don't expect a view as the hotel is in the thick of the city. The service staff are very nice, especially Madonna, the oversampling and helpful chap. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant attached, which is an inconvenience if you expect morning coffee or room service. They get you food from the restaurant Casino Park opposite the hotel, which takes quite some time to deliver.

The staff are courteous and helpful. I was given room on 3rd floor with view of the pool. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier than normal(appreciate the help). Travel desk was helpful in arranging the tour. The only downside of our stay is the breakfast on the 2nd day(Sunday) was not good. Food is expensive - 5 star hotel rates. Highly recommend.

Good at relaxing, service can be improved in terms of facilities at room and WiFi as it's very average and can add much more for breakfast as well. Very close proximity to all major junctions and can access to any place easily

Had a good & comfortable stay. Swimming pool, Steam chamber, Sauna are conveniently located & it helps to a great extent for guests who want to use all these in an single visit to this area. Thai food section needs improvement. It would help if there was some play area / activities to engage the kids.

Food is good but service is not good and parking space is so spacious to park and room is very clean and tidy but the hotel is difficult to recognize due to other big shops were there in front. Complimentary breakfast was good. Food service was not as good as we thought.

Good, clean rooms and kind behaviour by staff, nice facility but breakfast time should change. Because we missed our breakfast, 10:30 was the last time. Easy to find the address from railway station, can rate 4 out of 5

Value for money. Had paid more elsewhere for lesser quality. I have now stayed here for couple of times. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here. What's more, this being removed from hustle and bustle is comfortable and relaxing at the end of the day.

It's aweSome place. Hotel is at beautiful location ... Hotel staff are very much hospitable. Food provided was very good and great quality and taste. Place was little bit far from other locations but can be easily managed with public transport as location still under city zone, hardly Rs 70 from hotel to other locations like palace, zoo etc
