Stayed here for two days. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is excellent—right at the centre of the city for easy access to everything and good parking, though the space is tight. The food is tasty but quite pricey; honestly, for these charges, it does not feel like great value for money. The room itself is only worth per night—paying more is just not justified given the experience. The hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, but the Executive Superior Room I booked only meets the bottom standard for a three-star; it lacks the space, decor, and quality expected of a true four-star room in India. Amenities and service do not match higher prices typical of central Mysore hotels. What disappointed me most was the gaming area for kids. There’s only one air hockey table, and every session is charged at ₹100 extra. It’s the first hotel where I’ve had to pay for this—usually, gaming areas are complimentary and unlimited for children. This policy was a real letdown. Rooms are showing their age: bathrooms are small, chair cushions stained, and overall decor feels dated, especially with curtain colors adding to the oldness. The beds are hard (which I enjoyed), but others may not. The pool is clean, but the benches beside it are dirty and old. In summary, the hotel is good for its location and friendly staff, but real improvements are needed in value for money, amenities, and maintaining a welcoming, family-friendly environment. I would not recommend paying extra for kids’ gaming, and would suggest the hotel revisits its pricing and policies.

Toilet needs some repair, flush does not work and provide better rooms for families with Children and not that is meant for couples.

Good location, has nice breakfast and sufficient options for dining. We couldn’t get enough sea food options which were mentioned on the menu. Rest I’m satisfied

The hotel’s biggest advantage is the proximity. The hotel is located near to Palace, Mysore zoo and Snow Palace, in fact it is very convenient to stay there. Rooms are clean, neat and tidy. The breakfast spread was awesome, it can give competition to any 5 star. Very well spread and managed breakfast area. Very nice and comfortable stay at the Hotel. We will visit again for sure.

Superb hotel. Highly maintained each and every area. We booked two rooms as we were 4 adults anf two small kids. They alloted us One twin room for two elderly folks and one King bed size room which served our needs. Breakfast was complimentary as part of my booking and it was really great, large number food items and all tasty.

Rooms need upgrade, AC not working properly, thankfully there was fan. Rooms are full of foul smell. But the managers are very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is very good and service is very quick.

Booked 2 rooms for family stay. property is bit dated - needs sprucing considering high price they charge on non-pea in a central location. excellent breakfast buffet was served. had good veg & non-vegetarian option
