Beautiful property and wonderful experience - the reason why I stay at Radisson Blu on every trip I take to Mysore. Sadly, small signs are beginning to show a slide, and it seems to be mostly a management and decision-making issue. * F&B has clearly taken a turn for the worse - the food and the morale. It takes 25 mins, consistently, with repeated prodding, to get just one machine coffee (small example). The food doesn't taste as good as it did before, nor is there any soul to it. Pasta doesn't taste like pasta, and the rajma has a lot of star anise powder in it instead of just a hint. * Staff morale all-around seems to be lower than my previous visits, they’re trying but working against a windstorm * Parking attendants are very helpful but a couple of the guards are a bit too grubby for tips * If any blame is put on any of the employees and there is insistence on “improving the customer experience”, you can be certain that’s the management engaging in projection and displacement of blame and responsibility. * Rooms are wonderful and comfortable

Location was best being quite near the Maharaja palace. Some construction was going on in first floor and they gave us a room in second floor. Next day when we asked for a room change they agreed and gave us a room on 4th floor which was normally meant to be business class. They were accommodating. The room and the view was very good. It was absolutely clean and they cleaned it everyday as in any other 5 star Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore. As for the food, there were a lot of varieties but once we ordered for bisibelabath and it turned out to be too spicy. We asked for butter and finished it. Overall a good experience.

Stayed in Radisson Blu plaza Hotel, Mysore for the first time. Got the room with an amazing hill view. Check in was done on time. Buffet spread in all meals was extensive, well prepared and value for money. The overall ambience was pleasant throughout the stay. The only hiccup was the maintenance work going on during stay and the work furniture in the room. All the staffs we met were warm, courteous and professional. All queries were attended within few minutes even in late night. Highly recommended and will revisit very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore in Mysore. Room was spacious with a great view of Chamundi Hills that was like picture postcard. Bathroom also very spacious with bathtub and separate shower area. Buffet breakfast had the usual spread of Indian and continental food. Food was delicious. Staff courteous. And the location is the best part. So close to all the major attractions. You can just walk to the zoo.

Location is good and central, food is good, nice pool and complementary steam sauna and jacuzzi. Room was overlooking Chamundi hills. This is the best you can get in Mysore. Perfectly safe and they have an in-house spa and adjacent to a mall. Lobby is decorated very beautifully and rooms are tastefully done.

It was a very nice stay here and the staff was also very supportive. They upgraded our room because we booked enough rooms for two families. They had very good breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool was very good, so we really enjoyed.
