Food wasn’t tasty. Rooms r small but clean. Though described as lake view, there is no view of the lake. All u see is the road under construction. There is no space around the property. The area is very dusty and congested.

It was an average stay. It’s just an ordinary hotel without any surrounding space just by the road which is extremely dusty. The lobby and rooms were smelly. Definitely not up to the expectations of Radisson hotels. Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was okay and washroom was clean

The location is great, right across the street from Karle Tech Park / Manyata Tech Park. There is a bus and auto stop right in front of the hotel, in case you need it. The rooms are comfortable and has everything that you might need. The restaurant serves tasty cuisine and the breakfast buffet is ample.

we had a v pleasant stay at the Radisson, Hebbal, starting from the valet, the Security, the receptionist- all were so friendly and cordial. Our room was v v good - spacious, sound proof, met with our need. the food at the restaurant and the personnel there were excellent. Keep it up and we hope to repeat our stay there when required.

Stay was ok, rooms and the property look better in photos, in reality the building is pretty old. However it was comfortable overall and housekeeping and restaurant staff are very responsive. Front office staff is really clueless most of the time and have a no for an answer by default most of the time to even the most basic questions. Like for example, I asked multiple time on the phone beforehand if they have a baby chair in their restaurant, however I was always told no. However when we went there we found that baby chair is there at the restaurant. They need to think more before telling anything to their guests

Location - Hotel location was very good and close to the airport Room - excellent room and big size room, My child was very much happy to see the balcony bed which was made, Comfortable enough for 3 people and amenities was also good Food - Spread was good but quality to be improved, Had some complaint by my wife which was shared to them at the hotel. Front office - Bell desk was slow, No staff and have too wait for about 15 minutes to get down the luggage and manager of the hotel himself took the luggage from the room, Need improvement and no smile and greetings by the staff

Pathetic room Condition & Poor Night Duty Staff Behaviour

Rooms were not available. They have given me twin bedroom . Room condition also poor not look like you are sitting in a well known property. Not worth of 5000 Rs. for a day. Front office at night duty also not professional I asked I checked in late any good room available or upgrade available either he should say he doesn’t have the upgrade available he said I have upgraded your floor ?? What is this behaviour of front office staff? Am I fool ? Bed room condition is pathetic.

The room which I booked was superior deluxe room but there was no space at all . Bathroom was provided after asking several times. In room dining food was average. Forgettable food

Appreciate I received a fruit bowl. The room was stinky and the room service too bad. Was waiting for razor for about 45mts. Finally received. They should improve on this topic
