Poor experience. Dirty towels, no one at the reception ever to take requests. Someone(housekeeping) entered my room behind my back and didn’t clean the room. Found the room open

The experience is good, the rooms are very nice and clean with all the basic things and good fittings. The staffs are good, the restaurant is also very good. You’ll enjoy your stay at the price they are offering that’s really very value for money.

No proper room cleaning. During my whole they hv not cleaned the room and not changed the blankets. In my prev experience with same range f hotels i used to hv kettele and tea bags as complementary. But we dont hv these here. Due to lack f individual geyser in the room, we need to waste lot f water to get the hot water from central geyser facility. To my surprise, complementary breakfast will not served to room. I already checked out and dont hv any images. Only good thing abt hotel is ambience is good

First of all, the room agreed by property, cant accommodate 3 adults. Secondly, the free breakfast is restricted to any one items, feel strange. House keeping is worst, stains on glass table, etc, receptionist doesn't have any clue, how to handle guest

Bathroom has a big hole raising questions for privacy. The staff is not flexible and is rude even for small requests. On the upper side the food was good.
