The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru

We are a family of 3 and we had booked our stay for 3 nights at Leela Bharatiya through MMT. Our stay was pleasant right from the pre check-in to check-out. We had requested an early check-in and it was possible for them to accommodate. We also had specific diet requirements and the The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru ensured that it was taken care off by making those specific items as we wanted. The chefs Venkat and Kuldeep and another chef whose name I am unable to recall right now..sorry about that..he took care of our dinner requirements on 2 occasions..made sure that our preferences were taken care of. The staff on the floor were courteous and always had an eye on what the guests would be looking out for. The food preparations were good. Since we had diet restrictions we did not try their buffet spread much, but we are sure that they would be equally good. The front desk staff were courteous with Sanjita as the guest relations executive through whom we could get all our specific requirements taken care of. The room was spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was adequately furnished with all that one would need. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

Always wanted to stay at Leela Bhartiya City and have a fun day out at the mall. The The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru has a special entrance within the mall. The staff were really nice. The reception team were great and the ground staff were warm. Cycling: We borrowed their cycles and cycled in the evening and the morning. buffet: The food was brilliant. Everything was made with love. however the breakfast felt much blander and weaker after a great dinner. Issues: We did face some issues with the Reception staff not really knowing what all is encompassed in a package, what the timings for High Tea were, what was inclusive/paid. We got varying info from 2 reception members, the floor manager and the lounge server. all had diff information which was very confusing. We faced wifi connectivity issues but the reception team dealt with it promptly

This property once again exceeded all my expectations and has been a beacon of exemplary hospitality and outstanding service. What is most impressive? Is the attitude of every staff member that we interacted with - Suhasi, Dipankar, Mingma, Sanjita, Mohit, Akanksha... the selection of food and beverages was excellent, and we had to compliment the chef on his choice of sushi and Asian cuisine. It is really enjoyable to walk around the other parts of the township and the proximity to the mall is a key advantage. Overall, it was a memorable experience and the gestures shown by the staff. When I mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion has truly touched me. It was indeed above and beyond.

Food was outstanding. So so many varieties in all breakfast, dinner and hi tea. There was pan asian, north and south indian, italian and even chaat section along with usual cold cuts. The rooms are very spacious and the service is quick. Got a pool view room on 12th floor and it was a bliss. The hi tea was served in English Afternoon tea tower manner and I truly loved that experience. A cake was given to me for my birthday ocassion too, however no decoration at all. Overall loved the experience

This is just not a luxury The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru..this has become our luxury home. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and to our pleasant surprise, the team made it so perfect that we were overjoyed. The room was decorated, the restaurant treated us with cake. Each person came and greeted ma'am. What else do you need. Top of it, food was excellent, breakfast was sumptuous and behavior was impeccable. We had a memorable stay. Highly recommended for everyone.

Had a wonderful stay at Leela Bhartiya City. The The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was tasty. Perfect place for a relaxing break or special occasion. Highly recommend!

It's really been warmed welcome and ease us in stay and hospitality was spendid, we loved the food and services.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hospitality was amazing. Family had an amazing time. The pool was amazing although a temperature controlled one would have been better.

The Stay was comfortable, it's a nice property and I appreciate the upgrade made at the time of check-in

Wonderful stay, the staff at leela were very welcoming. The food at falaq was very delicious and the breakfast had a wide spread. Special thanks for Madhuri Malakar and Sanjita Mondal for their warm welcome and care.

The suite was really nice, the staff was excellent. The view from the room was great, the breakfast was wonderful

The property is very nice and very detailed to the needs of the guest, I was travelling with an infant and did not feel any hassle when it comes to support required for the baby
