The food services deserve a heartfelt gratitude and are exemplary and housekeeping services invoke content and happiness, but unless you flash an international identity card the front desk services will ensure u face misery like no empathy, rude phone manners is their forte coming back to the food services rajib is an excellent manager taking care of the food services and runs a tight ship with extremely pleasing and empathetic waiters n waitresses. Chef ashok will ensure you get the best quality food and belives in 100% customer satisfaction both rajib and ashok make a fantastic team chef yadav the south indian specialist chef makes amazing millet based dishes which require a special round of applause-the yogurt based museli was yummy and the various flavored yogurts a delight. The fresh fruit juices are most refreshing and the cut fruits are almost a wholesome meal by themselves request a better empathetic n humane front desk service which is not biased based on the nationality

The stay and the experience was quite lovely the staff were prompt and quick to accommodate any requests that I had. One unfortunate issue however is that both rooms I was given during my stay suffered the same issue of lack of lighting in the outside balcony. The balcony is the sole reason I chose to opt for an executive sweet and when asked for the lights the response I was given by the electrical in charge was the the switches to lights were present in the neighbouring room which did not have access to the balcony. Hope this bizzare issue is fixed as I look forward to my next visit at the Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, An Accor Hotels Brand.

My stay at the grand mercure Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, An Accor Hotels Brand was exceptional. The staff were attentive, the rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended!

Excellent ambience, staff and facilities. Prompt responses even at night. Warm welcome. Only issue was the ac which was too cold and we were not able to increase the temperature but multiple people came to rectify it but to our bad luck no use.
