The stay was okay. They woke us up in the middle of night because of a technical glitch in fire alarm. Breakfast could have been better. But overall okay, will visit again.

terrible language used
Terrible customer service. Asst Manager Vaidhai was rude and unprofessional. During check out the front desk advised all bill paid. After 15 mins we receive call that the breakfast has not been paid for!!!! No synchronised talk between restaurant and front desk. They were unable to post my breakfast to my room for 3 straight hours. Moreover the asst manager was very very rude with little knowledge of English. When conversed in Hindi her language was not that of customer service

Do not stay here!
Horrible overall service (both at the reception desk as well as restaurant). Was told off the price of an item I wanted to order to eat. Was not told about the portion size (they saw I was alone and knew what I was ordering was wayyy more than one person could eat), was told off when asked for restaurant reccos. Was given random looks when asked if I could place the order. Was told I had to pay immediately for food and not during check out even though I was staying at the hotel (apparently there was no pre-auth, not sure how that was relevant).
