    Property is good but the ac in the room was not working. We had raised the concern and technical team came in and for more than 45 mins were inside the room and checking the central ac duct which hampered our privacy. Also the rate charged is not justified for the room provided

    Multiple Issues 1. Door lock issue - it was not working tried calling them - response was poor - after multiple attempts they came and sorted but wasted my 40 mins. 2. Disturbance from adjacent rooms. The walls of the room are not made of bricks and with this if some one makes some noise in the adjacent rooms we can feel

    Terrible customer service. Asst Manager Vaidhai was rude and unprofessional. During check out the front desk advised all bill paid. After 15 mins we receive call that the breakfast has not been paid for!!!! No synchronised talk between restaurant and front desk. They were unable to post my breakfast to my room for 3 straight hours. Moreover the asst manager was very very rude with little knowledge of English. When conversed in Hindi her language was not that of customer service
