hotel is located with a good mountain view,has nice ambience and courteous staff. they have a superb tasty food to offer.. loved the stay at the fern shelter..

Property is excellent and maintained but expensive. Food is average and our stay was good but not great. The staff is helpful and with courteous gesture. However property has power issues. We faced it around 6-7 times during our one day stay

The Fern is located right on the highway and is a great place for a cozy and comfortable getaway from either Gujarat or Mumbai. Mr. Govind and Mr. Harshad are excellent hosts and the buffet spreads (in particular the dinner) are delicious.

Rooms are very nice and cozy. Staff is very courteous. Food menu options are good but food is costly

the hotel is superb, excellent vibes very cooperative staff. Good delicious... only one thing that the Rooftop is actually a disappointment as there is no songs Playigns and only there a spa like slow music... the bar is not open like a normal rooftop bar would be. Pool is very clean and breakfast is good as well.

Excellent stay, Food was very nice, breakfast spread was good 💯. Courteous and polite staff couple of call outs Vinayak, Janvhi from the food section. We couldn't use the pool as it was pouring and weather was too chilly. The kids play zone and Gym was very good too. The location too of The Fern Hotel had the forest n mountain view. Definitely recommend it. 👍🙌😉 All in all a place to come back.

Hotel is at a good location, well maintained and we got a complimentary upgrade in one of our room upon request. Reason to rate 4 is because dinner buffet option was slightly limited.

We had stayed at the Fern Shelter Resort Palghar for 2 days from 10th August to 12th August 2025. Had a wonderful stay, location was easily accessible. The food including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was excellent with good service. The facilities were all very nice. Staff was very courteous and co-operative. Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Was there for one night stay with family! Not many indoor activities but sufficient for a day. Hotel had organised a visit to a nearby dam in the evening which was an amazing experience 😊. The food was really good and great support staff. We really enjoyed our stay! it was magical in monsoon

Not value for money . over priced and do not offer the amenities for theprice it charges. Did an incorrect calculation for the food. Later corrected after questioning the amount.

I stayed at Shelter The Fern and found the overall ambience and stay to be good. The room service and housekeeping were prompt and on time, which made the stay comfortable. However, the main restaurant service was extremely disappointing — there was a significant delay in serving orders, which really affected the dining experience. We had opted for the MAP plan, but honestly, I felt it was a waste of money considering the poor service at the restaurant. While the property itself is nice, the management definitely needs to improve the restaurant operations

very pleasent stay like 4 star hotel all house keeping and property get 10/10. perfect place for family and food options are delicious. only for children there must be more options to play and explore
