Right from the start of the stay to the end of it was a terrible experience. photos of the room shown and the actual room are totally different. The bathroom light was not working, the telephone was not working. The breakfast was not that great. The price they charge and the room they give is totally different.

No towels, TV not working, calls took too long or not reverted, delayed food delivery. The room service person or even his supervisor could neither fix the TV issue, not did they leave, keeping me await for my food which almost became cold by the time they left. The manager did not even came to check when contacted.

The rooms were smelly , although rooms were big but not felt cozy due to the smell. You have to change the lift to first floor than change the lift from there to reach rooms. Which again is something that will ruin your mood with the kind of charges being paid. Restaurants chair and tables are not maintained, all wooden tables are loosing paints and are scrubbed again mood spoiler. Breakfast options too less.

Not worth for the money

Not worth for the money (10k per night) for executive room. They die not king size bed restaurant and staff is good

businessRoom was bit compact than my expectation but overall neat and tidy, and staff was cooperative, courteous and attentive therefore stay was quite comfortable.
