Hotel location prime and breakfast and Dinner excellent and service also

Average rooms showing the age. very good food and restaurant, though poor spread for the breakfast. No consideration for privacy with see through glass panes for the toilet.

Location is good, opposite Rabale railway station. Food was good, I had a breakfast. Room was clean. The major drawback; the room was like a closed box, no possibility of fresh air. The full height windows open into a common passage and hence you can’t open the window. Remember, split AC DOES NOT provide fresh air. 😡

Excellent location, courteous staff, great food, but the property is now worn out and is asking to be maintained. It is in bad need for some pest control. The cockroaches were ruling the room. The room size could have been better. Overall, but for the cockroaches and the room size, it was a good stay

The room and bathroom were tidy and spacious. Huge windows with plants outside was a nice view. Loved staying there

I have stayed at south coast hotel mumbai there is no dental kit, staff are not supportive, breakfast not ok and overall not to suggest this hotel again

Stay was comfortable at the new block which has superior room, even though the rooms are slightly smaller, the staffs were friendly, quality food.

The rooms are slightly smaller in size however you can find most of the amenities. Breakfast buffet is not very elaborate and typically the items are made in bulk which sometimes become cold and may not go well in taste. One can order separately items like omelette and toast to be made fresh. Hotel staff is polite and listens to your requirements.

Not reasonable. There was a typo error and which was reported upfront both to property and mmt. Lessons learnt.

Good stay. Room was clean. As per the rate charged for one night, the breakfast could have been part of the package.

Good room and food

Hotel location is best as it is situated on main road and the room was also best, however i stayed in deluxe room so not sure about other category room, the food is also best, i've had breakfast, lunch and dinner during my entire stay and all taste very good. The staff, hotel and restaurant, are very well mannered and polite. Overall worth staying

Was here for siemens sit-rain training and stayed in south coast hotel, good and responsive staff, good rooms ( prefer deluxe instead of executive ) and most importantly the food is great

I had gone to mumbai for work, this hotel location is very good. Rooms are clean. My stay was good

Bed was not proper.room earlier was given a small room like a Oyo room on hourly basis kind of cheap room was provided. Later on after telling them they provided big room but bed was not a master bed.it were two separate beds joined together.no good service. Price also high

After paying the full amount in advance for a double bed room, they give a single bed blanket. Then why would someone pay for a double bed room.

Hotel is ok but room size to small bad not good for sleep. They not provide dental kit and tissue paper for washroom.

I had requested for a proper bed. But they gave me two beds not a one joint or master bed. I had in booking mentioned for a master or joint bed
