My flight got delayed by two hours and half, had to stay in a temporary accommodation overnight. Next day moved to Regenta and it felt like a relief. The reception was excellent, co-operative staff who helped me settle down after heavily jetlagged. It could improve in some areas like early check-in, prompt availibility of check-out staff. Rest was very good.

It was an awesome experience. My kids simply loved it. When we checked in, we found our room to be very cold. The staff had kept the room cold considering the current heat wave. Thanks a lot for proactive thinking.

The property is well located in Malad West. It’s a quite place very less hustle bustle on the street. Also the windows are sound proof so the room is quiet. Haven’t used much facilities but the citrus cafe serves a good breakfast spread. The food is also worth mentioning as it is quite a feat for the taste buds.
