The rooms are compact, but clean. The staff is helpful but very greedy, they purposely wait for tips and greet you 100 times a day, just for tips. I would like to mention a few who were good, like Shubangi, Bomna from citrus cafe and Swapnil.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The food was good, though slightly costly. Overall a very good experience.

Had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Mumbai. The staff were very courteous, rooms were clean and the location is excellent. Good breakfast and overall a comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful staycation at Lemon Tree Premier Malad with our kid! The staff were amazing, especially Subhas at Citrus restaurant who provided excellent service. The hotel accommodated our request for an extra bed and mattress for our kid. The buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with family. Kudos to the entire team!

location was ok. food was average.. most of the days the buffet is closed, one has to ask for items which is not so good as an experience. amenities are ok. room service also needs a bit of additional care. I was sraying alone, but I found some woman hair on the pillow.

A hotel good for business sta
Room and bathroom was well appointed. Shower was only hand shower with no pressure. Room needed to cooled to 18 decree to avoid moisture on floor, walls and glass fittings which was uncomfortable as I prefer 22 degree. Breakfast was nice.
