Excellent Stay
The property is well located in Malad West. It’s a quite place very less hustle bustle on the street. Also the windows are sound proof so the room is quiet. Haven’t used much facilities but the citrus cafe serves a good breakfast spread. The food is also worth mentioning as it is quite a feat for the taste buds.

Excellent Stay
The room was so comfortable and clean and the location is also near by. Room was clean and hygen also good. All facilities are there. Food is also good. Staff were co operative. Overall it must visit the Lemontree

No value for money. Food is just 4 times to normal cost in it. Ex single idly 160/-. No much space to rome around.

Very worst type of service. No cleaning ,not washing blanket & do not maintain hygiene

Stay good but GST Invoice not received
Stay was ok. The rooms were cozy. Food was also good. The only thing we didn't get the GST invoice..

Average stay,
The rooms are compact, but clean. The staff is helpful but very greedy, they purposely wait for tips and greet you 100 times a day, just for tips. I would like to mention a few who were good, like Shubangi, Bomna from citrus cafe and Swapnil.

We had a wonderful staycation at Lemon Tree Premier Malad with our kid! The staff were amazing, especially Subhas at Citrus restaurant who provided excellent service. The hotel accommodated our request for an extra bed and mattress for our kid. The buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with family.
