Staff was very helpful. Great food and services. Promptly addressed our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

While checking in, the staff had quite an unwelcoming attitude. Restaurant had unclean tables. Food choice was limited. Rooms too small and cramped up. Total waste of money. Would never recommend.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was beautifully maintained, extremely clean and very comfortable. The room service and cleaning staff were excellent quick, polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a great variety and delicious food. Overall, a very nice and satisfying experience.

Stayed there 2nd time, for business meetings. First visit, rooms was excellent. This time, problem with service, price is high, hot water problem etc. Felt very good last time, but this time, its average.

Stayed here, and this is 2nd time, business trip. First time, its all very good and excellent. Now Prices have gone up (dont know if there is any specific reason). Quality has come down. Struggled to get hot water in the bath room. Wanted 2 items and they have never come. To summarise, Prices are up and Quality is down.

The restaurant staff were like pathetic 3rd class government employees and indifference by our views and interested in packing up.

excellent service and behaviour of all the hotel staff is really nice. breakfast and lunch was really awesome.

The rooms of the hotel have been clean and hygienic. Rooms service is very convenient using bloom’s chat experience. The food is also good. The hotel staffs have been very accommodating regarding our early check-in and late check-out as well. They also have option to securely keep luggage after check out for sometime. The food is good too.

The room,linen, bathroom were all clean and fresh it's especially nice to stay st the 19th floor with airport view and the tall buildings of Mumbai checkin will be a slight problem if you don't have a smart phone apart from that everything is great

Nice cosy rooms. Very clean and hygenic and smoke free property. Loved the view of city from the 13th floor window. Also not very costly.

So easy to find. The building stands out from far away. The stay was cute and cozy. Ordered room service; food was great. Service was immediate and support available throughout. Basic everything was there and everything was clean.

The staff on reception was very helpful with everything even my room was so beautiful and very secure for people travelling

The room was good, hygeine and clean..but the food wasn't great at all ( we had ordered Chicken Garlic Noodles but we got to have Veg Garlic Noodles instead. Food was served cold as well).
