Hotel is good. Food is good. Staff and service need improvements. Staff need hospitality training. They are impatient and doesn’t know anything about hospitality. Vallet parking always had 25-30 mins waiting.

The swimming pool was a major plus, offering a refreshing escape. What truly stood out was the exceptionally helpful staff; their service made a big difference. And you absolutely cannot miss the breakfast – especially the live dosa station, which was a delightful culinary experience. A great choice for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
