they have the rudest staff . I asked them for an early check-in 2 hrs ago they asked me to give amount which I agreed to because I had a meeting but the staff denied me any receipt for the amount paid . obsly they are taking that money for themselves.

Excellent service.They provide all amenities in the room.They have parking space which was most compfortable for me.Staff team also helpful and friendly.

Rooms are good, service also good and Manager Aadesh, he was very professional and helpful to me, location is great, every penny is worth. If I will visit Mumbai again I will definitely choose quaints suits Thank you

The room is nicely maintained. The breakfast is really good. The bed was good and comfortable, and the washroom was clean. The room is really beautiful to stay in. There were some issues although, water was dripping from the air conditioners, which didn't affect me and my partner hence we didn't bother the hotel staff regarding this, as we used to stay out most of the time. Tiny cockroaches were seen near the bed and on the wooden wall. Other than these issues, we had a comfortable stay. Also, one of the staff members was a little rude but the others were really good.

Location is very good in terms of connectivity to airport and business hubs.Food is good not with limited choices.Outside food allowed.No entertainment amenities.Service is great.Good value for money for long stays

pros - Hotel location is good. parking is available . spacious rooms , reception team is good. Cons - Old property , renovation required , taps are not working properly , issue with the lights in the room, lifts are works kg somehow , different kind of smell in the rooms. It's like a 2 star property. at this price in Mumbai may be this is one of the best option. Saki naka Metro station is around 200 meters and Marol metro station is around 1.5 km.

I had a wonderful stay at Quaint Suites. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to the front desk for the quick check-in and assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommended for business travelers

Quaint suites accommodation is great and services is great

I booked this hotel from make my trip.location is ok.food is so so...but normally they used to take 50-60 minutes for a simple order and in my case they sent wrong items twice... hotel is quite old and need renovation as in one room ac was not working in second room bathroom light ws not working and in third room clanilness was not proper.. Tv was not working in my room. breakfast was also not good very limited options and waiters was not using spoons and forks for serving breakfast instead of they were using their hands.. electric kettle was there in the room but they refused to provide tea bags, sugar and milk for making tea which was very surprising. The place was good the staff at the reception were kind the room is okay but not upto the mark i faced ah little bad experience in the room service their is no bucket in the bathroom i called to the reception and askes they told they will get it in 2 min and they didnt make it i again called after 30 min then they bought it and the bucket was stained with marks i disnt feel it was clean .

It was not so good. Breakfast items were very less. Even omlet was charged. Room was big , but lights was very less.

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient, and the surroundings were peaceful. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money experience.

Pathetic and smelly room, all furnitures were retired, improper lighting in the room, no water in taps for 3 to 4 times in a day, room was not cleaned until 4 pm, wastage of money and risky for hygiene. Never going to stay here again!
