Taps not working properly,room changed ,two different matteres ) so child could not sleep

I would suggest not to stay in this hotel, there is nothing called service in the hotel, room is shabby, phone is not working, reception guys are so pathetic, so noisy, AC was leaking, non painted walls, broken wardrobe furniture, and the worst choice of breakfast infact no choice, no iron box , made me to wait for one hour then said they don't know where the iron box has been kept

No proper response from help desk. Asking to wait for checkin more than 45 mins. Getting name and address details only after we go and ask why it is late. Again making wait more than 10 mins. Room also has smell and looks like old hotel. This same was done for more than 3 persons when we were waiting.

Great location, hotel is located near both the airport terminals.Big comfortable room. Price is very reasonable compared to the room and location near airport and Andheri metro.

It was really dirty , the rooms and the staff wasn’t welcoming at all and hygiene issues all over the place

It is a decent property at this price point. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. In house restaurant quality and service is also good. Could improve the breakfast options and quality.

I was just staying for two nights in the hotel Quaint suits, I didn't take any food in the hotel as as I had to go out of the hotel early in the morning. The service was good.

The hotel is quite good. Need some renovation, we had few issues in our room but the staff were good to solve that issue and changed our rooms twice.. bad odour in rooms need to use room freshner to feel better. the hotel location is quite confusing to drivers. The property manager should look after the lights in the hotel so that it doesn't look dark and haunting. some bright light to be used. We can find this hotel budget friendly but there are so many things to adjust with.. stayed in one of the room where the toilet seat was yellowish.. it's jus dis***ting Moreover on 6th floor corridor light was not working for 2 days and literally 2-3 days no Wifi in our room, the range couldn't reach our room 🙄 the router was outside of the room only. Water clogging in wash basin in every room, fans make noise, toilet rolls are small. only few local autos would come to this hotel location because of the narrow road and traffic. electric flask on the table was not clean at all (it was brownish), couldn't make coffee with it or make hot water in it 😓 the carpet on the floor should be vaccumed thers so much dust. the curtains seems uncleaned. I think every room has wash basin water clogging issue the hotel water supply in the shower was great

Bigger space rooms and well maintained hotel. Food is good.

they have the rudest staff . I asked them for an early check-in 2 hrs ago they asked me to give amount which I agreed to because I had a meeting but the staff denied me any receipt for the amount paid . obsly they are taking that money for themselves.
