Our stay at Orchid hotel mumbai was nice. Checkin and checkout was smooth. It is a good property just walk away from Airport. The food tasted good and there were 2 options to choose from for complimentary breakfast. It also has a rooftop swimming pool and restraint with amazing view. They provided complimentory milk and food for the toddlers. Overall the stay was nice and we loved it.

Terrible checkin experience. No early checkin given or a room to freshen up despite confirmation at the time of booking. We had to leave for the day and after coming back at 11pm. We had to wait for an hour before the rooms were allocated.
