early checkin denied, food was worst, extra charge taken, smoking suite denied, asked to checkin to deluxe room x2 with 2000 extra charge with no bill

house keeping services were bad, breakfast waiter or chef were very slow, i wait approx 25 mins for a single dish.

The saff was so good and polite but the servicing was poor . I like to like about 1 manager , thomas he helped us and the saff was so coperating

I am very sorry to say this when I selected the Hotel, you guys had mentioned 15 to 20% discount on food and spa, but when I checked out, they were least bothered to give me the discounts on food that I ordered in room

staff at the reception was extremely.rude and loud and I had shared the experience with the duty manager who apologized. this was my first and last stay at Radisson midc

Ambience of hotel is excellent but somehow hotel services wrt to cleaning and arranging towels and tissue are not mainted

I have told to do some small decorations they not done anything as well as I have told to keep cake also nothing was there because of than i was not happy

Business trip to Mumbai, stayed at Radisson Andheri. Nice location and great place to stay. Rooms neat, clean and spacious.

Staff was not good and rooms were also not clean at the time of checkout i have to bring my luggage on my own no one attended me at the time of check in

Good Hotel. Great hospitality. I reached very early but they allowed me to check in sooner than their regular schedule. The reception staff was very well mannered and very nicely behaved and very supportive. The breakfast menu was excellent. The room was specious. Minor ignorable issues. So I would give it 3.5-4 out of 5 ! Absolutely great value for the charges which were moderate compared to other hotels in this league.

Personalized and yet professional focus on hospitality. A wide breakfast spread, plush furnishings in the rooms and well stocked supplies. 24x7 housekeeping and dining staff made all the difference. Special shoutout to the tall housekeeping guy and the security leader at the gate. So so professional

it was a great experience I really enjoyed my stay. The Food quality , the prompt service , the clean rooms and overall nature of staff.

Good staff, facilities were up to mark, nice food. System of live kitchen may be improved to speed up order delivery.

The hotel room was not ready even at 3:30 which was 1:30 hours delayed my checkin time , i waited in lobby and at the checkout they started to call me before 11:00am next day which is 1 hour prior to my checkout So technically i paid for 2:30 hours less than my 22 hours of stay in hotel

Material in rooms required to be upgraded along with improvement in food quality and spa .location is extraordinary. staff and management is good.ovarall it is rated round 4 out of five ,keeping in view the rates of rooms

Breakfast options & food quality not good

We had a great stay at the hotel, the service was awesome, everyone was well behaved and polite. The only improvement point is that breakfast could have been a little bit more tasty.
