We had booked five rooms at Radisson Gurgaon, but our check-in experience was extremely unpleasant. One of your staff members, was very rude and argumentative during the check-in process. Additionally, one of the rooms allotted did not match our booking, and instead of resolving the issue politely, she argued unnecessarily. Eventually, the manager had to intervene and upgrade the room to settle the matter. However,attitude was completely unacceptable — she even stated that she could be rude and that it was not a concern. In my opinion, such behavior is not suitable for a front desk representative of a reputed hotel like Radisson. I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure that guests do not face such experiences in the future.

We had booked 3 rooms and had extended one of our rooms bcz we had a late flight to catch and just for half an hour extra for checkout front desk female charged us 800 extra without informing that we will be charged no doubt for extension we paid also but she knew how to make money such pathetic female and the food there is also pathetic or I should say worst very bad experiential had with this property having big names and outcome 0

The hotel was good. The quality of food was very good. However we had to pay in cash immediately when the waiter brought the food. We found this very unusual as the waiter was reluctant to wait and wanted payment immediately. In all hotels we have visited, we used to pay these kind of bills on checkout.

Go to this property only when you have no options left. The charges for food and beverage is exorbitant. The rooms are old, the furniture is old, there's no dryer in the bathrooms and the service is slow

Worst experience with the hotel, especially with the receptionist, Himalay. Despite my clear request for early check-in (since I was scheduled to check out the same day at 10 PM), he refused to provide me a room. I even showed my air tickets as proof that I had to leave by 10 PM, yet he insisted on charging me for early check-in, even though rooms were available. I was even willing to accept a downgraded room but he still showed no flexibility. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unreasonable, given my situation.
