Very disappointed with this hotel. Checked in at the hotel at 5.45 pm on triple occupancy and basic amenities like toilet roll was missing from the room, all other basic amenities were just for a single person. Did not feel that I have checked into Radisson brand hotel. Bathroom drain was choked and water accumulates. Extra bed was not put in the room inspite of informing HK team. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very supportive and helpful. Even the food was very good. However as per the update received from guest services, it was mentioned that the 5th floor outdoor area will be operational 24 hours for smoking but at 11:30 only it was closed and locked. Also, luggage assistance was not asked at the time of check-in and check-out as well.

****PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE **** I had booked 4 rooms at Radisson blu hinjwadi for my sister's wedding ceremony. I regret booking rooms there. During checkout, 1 bag of one of the rooms was not loaded in my car by the Radisson staff. I called the hotel and spoke to a staff member , who was not accepting their mistake and was so rude and unprofessional. Pathetic behavior. This lady was not ready to listen to what the customer wants to say. "Zero customer service" The customer service was absolutely pathetic. There was no of responsibility, no proper communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. I had to arrange and pay to port the bag myself, which is unacceptable.This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for customers. This stay costed me and the hotel was not ready to arrange a courier and pay 200 bucks, really is this what they call as customer service. This was my 1st stay at Radisson blu. Pathetic service and I would never recommend this hotel.

At the time of booking it's mentioned that smoking is allowed, but at the time of check in Radisson staff refused to smoke in the room and also said in every Radisson hotel there were different policies. I don't know why but as a multinational hotel like Radisson Blu needs to work on this, if you guys mentioned at the time of booking then you have to provide such facilities.

My stay at Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi was average. The location and check-in were good, but I was disappointed as I was given a twin bed instead of the king-size bed I had booked. Location of the hotel is not very great compared to other hotels like Vivanta and courtyard by Mariott in the same General area . Once inside, it is a nice property with well maintained and modern rooms and also a very positive staff all around . The buffet spread was quite elaborate . Response of employees to various requests was always positive and also quick . Overall a very nice property accept the access road to the property which requires lot of improvement

Celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Radisson Blu, Hinjewadi. Rooms were a bit small, but the service was excellent. Special thanks to Chef, floor manager Komal and the whole team for making it memorable with a surprise cake and “Rainbow Spaghetti.” for my daughter Staff were courteous, the 5th floor pool was a highlight, and complimentary drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast was average, and there aren’t many activities for kids. Overall, a great short family stay (1–2 days).

Business Room - Stayed for 9 Days - work trip. Its a really nice place. Breakfast is good . They have a complimentary Cocktail night for long staying guests which is good. The Room is sufficient in terms of space and all the amenities that justifies the price. You might get see sheeps and horses grazing on the construction land from your room. Still it worth the pain as the Hotel staff makes up for the shortcomings with regards to the location. There was a slight leakage in my room which can be avoided

We had booked 2 rooms for a family stay, expecting to enjoy quality time together and experience the hospitality standards of a renowned name like Radisson. Unfortunately, the overall experience turned out to be very disappointing. The rooms lacked quality and proper amenities, food was below average, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unnecessarily complicated—requiring one to be almost tech-savvy just to connect. Recreational amenities were in such poor condition that they looked as if they were abandoned. For a brand that charges premium rates, the services and facilities should match the reputation they carry. Sadly, this was not the case here. Overall Rating: 1.5/5
