We are disappointed with our recent stay at hotel. The overall experience did not meet even basic expectations. The staff was unresponsive and adding delays, and the services promised at the time of booking were either unavailable or poorly managed. We expected better standards and hospitality. Property is good and in the centre of city.Rooms are spacious but need more maintenance.Food was good.Sky lounge was full of mosquitoes which needs to be maintained.roof top view is good.Overall a very good stay.Staff is very courteous and helping.

Poor room condition and maintainance. AC was noisy and had to switch off as can’t sleep, curtains torn so no Black out. Door handle of bathroom broken.

Ppl at the reception doesn’t even know how to activate the key . Emp in the lift was so frustrated that he said he regret working at this hotel. TV at the gym doesn’t work, trademill at the gym makes loud noise and makes it scary to use. Iron at the room no 128 doesn’t go into any socket. There was no laundry bag in the room. Ppl like me who were fasting on Navratri were offered raw bananas and the cut water melons were also not fresh at all. Check in time of 3 PM is totally waste and not convenient at all. Will never stay at this hotel again

Good location as it is close to Pune railway station and within walking distance to metro station on Aqua line. Rooms are clean, spacious. The Mosaic restaurant is rearranged for better seating. Food quality as expected. Service needs improvement. Bed mattress gives comfortable sleep after a tiring day.

I would like to start the review with a big Thank you to the Crown Plaza team. We went for a staycation for my daughter’s birthday. For the time we checked in, the experience was nothing but simply Wow! We got a free upgrade to a suite and the check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. Even the team made sure to surprise my daughter with a nice decoration of the room and small cake! We had dinner and breakfast included in the tariff and the restaurant staffs were able to make us feel comfortable and took a good care of us. Thank you team Crown Plaza! We do recommend this place to others and look forward to the property in future.
