Location is good. But upkeep of hotel is not good. Room bathroom tap was leaking. Room has an unpleasant odor.

Rooms are good, room service was attended promptly, location is a prime one hence was close to our venue. Had a nice stay

Stayed for one night location is excellent and property and rooms are well maintained. Washrooms were also neat and clean.

Property pics and reality is totally different. It looks very decent clear & airy rooms but it feels like 4-5 years old property without any maintenance

The floor was sticky, washroom was dripping. the linen had spots. no breakfast available as kitchen is under construction

Rooms are not properly renovated. Two days I stayed. I actually stayed in the top room suite for better comfort but disappointed.TV did not work, the staff could not repair or provide other room or refund. With all these issues, he did not oblige to accept half price for late check out at 7pm but he was very straight and demanded only full day rent. No breakfast as kitchen is under renuation forcing me to walk 2 kilometres to take breakfast . Worst hotel.

It was a decent stay the good thing about the property. It is that it was nearby to my office and also all the things which are necessary nearby to purchase. Even the Metro is there. Even the station is there airport is also not too far from here, so it's a good spot to stay only thing is, don't expect a luxury from this. It is only a money deal if you're looking for an official visit. If you're working somewhere and you just come for you to stay for a night or night, then this is a very good

Restaurant was not operational. Food had to call from outside - Zomato. Bed and cusion were not upto the 3 star rating mark

Staff behaviour good. Rooms were good but some smell was there. When we have informed them they refreshed it with room spray. Room's Floor was slippery. Wash room floor also slippery. Bed and mattress below average. Nice Road side view.

Great Rooms Great services except hot water. All delivery partners are entertained and outside food too.

There was no hot water for bath, even rooms were not clean it was looking like floor was not dusted for many days, even the bed linen ever having lot of dust and does not feel like boutique hotel

best hotel and location area clean hotel room so fresh bathroom so clean they give food also good for breakfast

Decent stay , not bad if you are in bussiness trip then it’s worth it family’s please avoid , breafast quality can improve but decent for the price given

Food was good, location is ideal, stay for a night can be used as the location is ideal. Room's need to be improve their maintenance.

We booked 2 rooms. Out of which 1 was clean and second was not. We had to shift rooms thrice to find a clean and AC functional room

Food quality breakfast is very good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is very good having connectivity to Railway station,metro station and easy to travel anywhere in pune. For shopping , business or family stay suitable for everyone.

The rooms were clean with good room service, no proper hot water service, the breakfast menu can be better. charged Extra for water bottle without prior information
