Despite staying in an Executive Room, the experience was far from satisfactory. • Insects at Night: I noticed insects in the room during the night, and surprisingly, there was no All Out or any insect repellent provided. • Lack of Amenities: For an Executive Room, I expected basic facilities like a smart TV, but it wasn’t available. Additionally, essential items like toothpaste, a comb, and even bathroom slippers were missing. • Average Cleanliness: The room’s cleanliness was just average—not what you would expect for the price and the category of the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expected standards for comfort and amenities. I hope management addresses these issues for a better guest experience.

I think it was the worst experience staying at quality in the rooms were not clean in the bathrooms were not clean. It was dirty. The upgraded the room for me, but it was so dirty beds were itchy all of this. Hence i would not recommend anybody to stay at the place. It was also very secluded place. I was travel-ling alone for work, and i really did not like the stay. But the staff was good. They were very helpful. They were very very good to me, but the rooms were not in bathrooms were the worst.

The location is near the station but the approach road is not proper and the property is quiet inside from the main road and covered. The rooms are of average size and not maintained properly. There was a foul smell in the room. Food quality is ok. The staff is very good and cooperative.
