Stay was good. Location is excellent. Food was also good. Breakfast was very good. However reception staff was not of a class service. The lady at the check in counter was absent. Another one rudely said that wait for some time. I only attend check outs. No welcome drink not even a glass of water offered by the staff. Room service was also not upto the standard. One of the Food items missing. When evening tea was ordered it took more than 30 minutes that also after reminders. Not a top class hospitality service.

wonderful property. Room is small but extremely clean and fresh. Small balcony with two chairs good for morning and evening relaxation. It has two restaurants. the Lake restaurant location is very good and food also was really good but slightly expensive. The entire property is fully photogenic.

1)In room hospitality was good but the overall hospitality is not upto the mark. We have waited 40 mins to get our trolleys departed at the reception but no one helped , we took our own trolley to the reception. 2) The bed and room were expected to be ready before reaching hotel, even after several reminders they weren’t ready. 3) We had paid for the morning breakfast and this is the first hotel we have visited which provides same breakfast everyday. Also sometimes stale food in breakfast and in room dine-in.

The Amanora Fern resort is a well maintained property. You get spectacular view of the Amanora Park Town, access to the widespread garden. They also have inhouse SPA, gymnasium, swimming pool all well maintained and providing best experience. The food is awesome and the buffet spread is quite nice. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Amanora Fern Pune is an amazing hotel. Rooms are amazing, majestic and clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the balcony was great. Breakfast was also amazing. Magarpatta is a stones throw. One of the best hotels in Pune.

My stay at the hotel was overall very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the facilities like the swimming pool and gym were very well maintained. I especially enjoyed the continental cuisine at the in-house restaurant, which was delicious and well presented. Although I felt that the staff could be a bit more polite and welcoming, everything else was managed well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.
