There were no tooth brush, no napkins, no soap. Room was not getting cleaned on daily basis. They clean only when someone comes.

The staff was rude, no hot water facilities break fast had very limited options it looked like office converted into bedroom washrooms were unhygienic parking was not covered door lock handle was broken and no room change request was honoured

coupleThe rooms appear clean but are dirty and dusty underneath. We came across a family of cockroaches. Room size was adequate for two and hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast served was good quality. Parking is limited but we didn't face any issue. Cleanliness of rooms is a question mark - rather ventilation aspect. Staff is professional and helpful.

soloNo1 waste property. I was stayed here and telling some examples. morning 4 AM power got gone. this hotel team doesn't have power back up even for wifi . escalater and emergency purpose land line . no response from hotel front desk. don't choose this property. compare this hotel and at this price OYO rooms much better. early morning to till 9 AM no power and no response. wrost breakfast.

First i want to mention about the staff is very weird and rude then the problem i faced was electricity problem after that the bathroom was dirty no toiletries no soap nothing then the television popped out from the wall bathroom geyser was not working imagine in 13. Degree cold climate you don’t have hot water i better choose to leave my stay before check out i purposely suggest pay little more but don’t go for this one.
