Terrible hotel with misbehaved management

The management is very rude, they don’t even know minimum good gesture to the guests. They have very limited items in the breakfast with dirty toilets and some times water went off then u have dial the reception people for the restoration of the water, seriously horrible experience & also overpriced.

It only used your name Treebo Premium and that is why I booked it. The hotel is owned by some other name and so is the brand and stuff that was provided . The food was stale and room was way smaller than my basic expectation

familyI recently stayed at tree tahoora premium, park street hotel from 24th january to 25th january. While the dual bedroom provided was spacious and comfortable, and the food quality was good, my overall experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. A significant downside was the frequent and persistent demands for "bakshish" (tips) by the guards and staff for every small task. This left a negative impression and made the stay uncomfortable, as it constantly lingered at the back of my mind. Overall, i would rate the hotel 2 stars as it fell below average in terms of customer experience. If i travel to kolkata again, i would likely choose a different hotel for a more pleasant stay.

The hotel was okay but some things really need to change: 1. The lobby and corridors are very poorly lit. They make the whole place seem very dingy and unsafe. The entire property should be much better lit and more welcoming. 2. The corridors and elevators were too smelly and not clean 3. The room although only for one person was very small.

Ac remote was not functioning. Foul smell around reception always ordinary food quality at breakfast buffet cleaner cleaned my room in my absence though i had told the reception in morning not to enter my room in my absence
