apart from the staff behaviour, everything was pathetic. room condition, cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, overall maintenance everything was pathetic and too disappointing. I will never recommend anyone to choose this property.

room was not tidy Nor Neat. of cockroaches in the Room water was not coming in the Taps have changed 3 Rooms for above reasons changing 3 rooms at night 10.35 pm next day morning at 9.00 am at reception counter Manager was demanding us to vacate the Room as he needs to repair the Room for scheduled maintenance which we don't know how far it's true. of Loud Music up to 3 am and Noise in the Hotel due to Hookah Bar in the Hotel Building was not at all working and old lift with collapsible gate which never use to close properly and loud music in the lift also of the Hotel is not all good and not clean, had a terrible and horrible experience and stayed compulsorily for having paid the money to Make my Trip in advance in full

Rooms and bathrooms are terrible. Small room and not worth the amount. Water was leaking inside from A.C. when complained, staff changed the room immediately. But the taps in the washroom were not working at all. Dirty Bedsheets and towels. The staff was good. All the reviews posted here are lies.
