Oriva Vinflora Residency - Nr LV Prasad Hospital, Banjara Hills

I’ll list as Pros & Cons. Pros - It’s right in middle of the City where one can travel towards Hightech City or towards Old Hyderabad with good Metro Access. The room was good and clean. Cons - They have a Pub next to Hotel Rooms, where the noise level is very much disturbing till 12-1 AM in the night. It’s audible in 2nd and 3rd Floor. They don’t have car parking inside the hotel. The Valet takes time to bring the car back. They made us wait for the check in for our 2nd room for like 2 hours. Pretty average stay.

The rooms are clean, but there was a lot of noise throughout the night. The room service staff knocked on my door and rang the bell several times at 2 AM. When I opened the door, he was smiling while doing this. I complained to the manager in the morning. Please ensure such issues are rectified

The property is very well maintained and a good one for business travellers. Wifi network is quite good

the staff made the check in experience seamless. peaceful environment made it perfect for rest ac and tv worked perfectly. we didn't have any issue during our stay easy access to nearby restaurant and shops.

The location of the property is quite nice. Market is nearby and thats an excellent part here. All basic services were good

They have a club on the top floor and the sound keeps bothering you in the room throughout the night. The towels weren't clean either

Oriva Vinflora Residency in Hyderabad is the place to stay. I recently had to travel to hyderabad for medical. The rooms were spotless , linen clean and always fresh but the cherry on top was Ajay what a pleasant and cheerful soul. He was the sunshine and joy we needed while we were dealing with our medical emergency.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The location is very premium and accessible to public transport, Hospitals and restaurants. Rooms were nicely maintained, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped.

Excellent hotel with spacious, well-ventilated rooms and beautiful interiors. The food was fresh, tasty, and hygienic. The staff were extremely professional. Calm surroundings with easy access to major points of the city. A pleasant and value-for-money stay.

While the hotel was nice and I have stayed here before but one of the staff was really rude. They were just opposite of hospitality. Night manager was pathetic. Staff took payment of food on their personal phone and later claimed that payment was not done. Pathetic experience. Staff is worst. Dont book this hotel

Hotel upgraded the rooms during check in. That was good. Response from reception and to room service was excellent and timely. The hotel is in a prime location which helps for transport and metro connectivity also good. Nearby there were bakery, restaurant ( veg and non veg) and small street shops. only cons are they have not given discount agreed on mmt app and early check in they have charged for only for a couple of hours and our room is in the 4th floor above that resto bar is there.. after 11 pm there are sounds hearing and table moving sounds are there..it is quite disturbing. but it was a great stay and definitely I'll recommend this hotel to my friends and family

The room was good, but the AC was not working, the cooling problem there, location is very out from Market but the staff and kitchen people are very helpful

Very bad experience in oriva. Sure. No refrigerator. Main door lock is also not working properly. There is issue with the tv. Not working last day only i told they did not made the issue cleared. Can u please look forward to it
