This hotel have various names very poor rooms they gave complimentary to attract customers but don't follow that. Don't go to this hotel at any point of time instead you can sleep on railway station platforms.

Great location having decent food food was okay, but could be better. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. Lift and other amenities were well maintained.

A one of the staff was not ready to assign the room even though I paid in advance.The reason he said they do not get money booked online.The manager was good man.He ultimately gave us a room.

Very small and dirty rooms. Bathroom was also not clean. Only plus point is that it’s near Mumbai central railway station.

I want my money back very upset with the service, Staffs were abusive Shaft very abusive bad language, and the rooms were not clean at all. Everything was dirty. I could see cockroaches and lizards running around the room.
