From check in to check out, the staff and owners aren't hospitable and friendly They frown and come inside dorms without knocking and check the beds !! No cafeteria for food or even a proper same to work, WiFi doesn't work half the time and they switch off the AC at nights and during the day as well !!

The rooms was terrible, Don’t book this property as the rooms are very bad with high cost, also the manager are rude enforcing you to accept their bad quality room. We booked standard room which has fungus on wall . Search wisely there are many good properties with this cost . When we complain about falling ceiling , construction sounds in their properties they just told us to concel the booking or pay extra for superior, they had no courtesy how to talk with their client.

I stayed at Backpackers Cowies in Mumbai last week and had an excellent experience. It was my first time seeing such a clean, well-maintained, and systematic hostel. Everything was organized perfectly, and the overall stay was truly the best. The location is also perfect – right in the core area of Colaba, just behind the Taj Hotel, close to Colaba Causeway market, and surrounded by some of the best cafés. One small suggestion from my side – the common sitting area on the 5th floor could be made more engaging by adding a couple of standing games or activities. That would make the space even livelier. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai!

The location is very good. This property doesn't have food. There is complementary tea and biscuits available. There was no clear mention on Makemytrip that whether there is attached bathroom or not. Overall looks great. Would definitely recommend to friends for short stay.

Yeah, it was a completely good stay the owner he somewhat like old man. He is very responsive to all the customers. The amenities are also good like the Terrace space and the dining space. It is very good in there .I lived in like 6 bed separate dormitory . It was very good. So yeah all over my experience was very good and they are completely very good hosts.

I book for 2 days but unexpectedly I check out in 8 hrs and back to my home town due to some reason but when I check out the hotel people said 1 day can be refund tell to makemy trip to process than after I inform makemy trip they said we r processing but when they contacted hotel people they said will tell you reply but today I was waiting for reply but hotel had. Send me 2 days invoice. Its really bad we stayed only just half day paid for 2 days
