The property is located in an excellent area, with major attractions such as the Gateway of India and Marine Drive nearby. It’s also within walking distance of several popular eateries and cafés. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained by the staff. Everyone was courteous and cooperative: a special shoutout to Khushboo, who was helpful, friendly, and professional. The overall vibe of the place was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Location is Great. The service was really great. Very helpful staffs. And the rooms are very clean. Only problem I felt was that it’s a old building so you will get that old building smell especially in lift. If they rectify it, the place has no problem.

Staff was very kind and polite. Cleanliness is good. they have Good common area.

Good option for a quick and short stay. although check in process took 40 to 50 mins as the room was not ready.

The location is fantastic. 100% recommended. There is a common area which is accessible even to people not staying in the hostel. It's nothing fancy but there's complimentary tea, coffee and drinking water. The bathrooms are clean. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm with an ensuite bathroom and faced no issues. The staff is polite and helpful. Random checks are performed in the rooms, possibly due to security reasons since the common area is accessible to outsiders. There was a small balcony as well as air conditioning in my dorm room on the third floor. I got allergies whenever the AC turned on, not sure why, so that's something to be mindful of, if you're sensitive.

Best for group travel / solo and very clean and good place to stay at in sobo . It was my 2nd time I stayed in backpackers cowies

I don't know how to write long reviews. checkin was smooth and the staff was very approachable. any concerns are solved as soon as possible. Very clean and all maintained property. I'll be coming back to this place again. my 2 day stay was worth it.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, and service was excellent. Great location, and good value for money. Highly recommended for solo traveller..And also close to Gateway of India..

Location was very good in the heart of South Mumbai and the way they are priced is excellent. Very helpful staff. Will let you use the common area and washroom even after you checkout.

From check in to check out, the staff and owners aren't hospitable and friendly They frown and come inside dorms without knocking and check the beds !! No cafeteria for food or even a proper same to work, WiFi doesn't work half the time and they switch off the AC at nights and during the day as well !!

The rooms was terrible, Don’t book this property as the rooms are very bad with high cost, also the manager are rude enforcing you to accept their bad quality room. We booked standard room which has fungus on wall . Search wisely there are many good properties with this cost . When we complain about falling ceiling , construction sounds in their properties they just told us to concel the booking or pay extra for superior, they had no courtesy how to talk with their client.
