We had to wait for about an hour to get our room, which didn't matter much to us as we decided to utilize that time to go and have lunch. The best part about this hotel was clean room and bathroom and bedsheets. The TV and heater were not working. TV not working could be ignored but it was pouring the day we were there and a hot water bath would have definitely helped after getting wet in the rain, which wasn't possible as we realised there was no hot water at night after coming back from dinner and we were told the plumber will come the next day morning after 9....our check out was at 11...we kept following up till 10...around 10:15 the manager offered to arrange for a bucket of hot water as the plumber would take time, which we had to agree as we didn't have any option. The ground floor starts from the second floor (which means no lift till the reception). Again, it wasn't a problem for us as we were fit enough to climb stairs and had minimal luggage, but for someone with difficulty climbing stairs, this could be a problem. The view from the window was great. The location of the hotel is great....very close to gateway. Overall it was good but the lack of hot water when we needed it most affected the overall quality and experience of our stay.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had a feeling like family and home.
