The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail – from the fresh linens to the neatly arranged toiletries. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Gateway of India, vibrant Colaba Causeway, and plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with enough variety to please different tastes. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful Managers Nazim and Yogesh with supervisor Faizul and staff Tanish, Nisar, Jahid, Rajendra, Niranjan, Sadiqur and Zakaria and Sujata , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had a feeling like family and home. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was excellent and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
