Hotel Diamond

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen, The rooms are pathetic not clean.

over priced as compare to service not even provide toothpaste n brush... otherwise ok

The hotel room was pathetic, bed sheets and blankets were dirty, toilet were not clean, towels were yellow and pillow covers and pillows were smelly. The condition of the AC was pathetic. Not at all good. Even the person sitting at the reception was not at all courteous, very rude in talking, thinking all negative, and had a lot of attitude. I was asking the number to call the owner, but he refused to give me.

hotel diamond is in a very accessible place and also we have very good options to eat outside nearby hotel there are various places where we can go and eat also we can shop and if you are a fan of a burger you will find it just outside hotel diamond that is burger king or if you want to have a very good chai (tea) few steps ahead you will find a place where you will find the best chai and the hotel needs to be taken care little bit i understand the interiors and other factors like crack in ceiling can be due to property being old but the cleanliness like basic dusting and also the towel provided should be softer rest all the stay was superb fantastic thank you would love to visit soon but with some discount 🤪. sorry no pictures taken

clean and tidy room with good staff behaviour and telivision had all the sports channels. overall a good experience 👍

The stay was decent considering the price i had paid. Only thing i didn't like was the charge the hotel put on me for the water bottle i had asked for. It's complimentary at most of the place. Other than this, the stay was fine.

It is more good than expected and has good connectivity it is easy to check in a nice place. The staff are good

Old run down room;even though i booked luxury room, i was given ordinary room and the condition of the room was terrible; complained to the front desk in charge

Worst experience what the show in picture about property it's completely lie the manager said if you book in reception the will provide you nice room i have stayed that room is dirty dusty old furniture bugs flying insects bedsheet too dirty the don't provide any facilities like water bottle or extra towel dental kit or shower kit waste of money and disturbing dedication from the hotel

Location convenient, staff co operative, rooms are clean and affordable but basic things like packaged drinking water, mosquito repellent are not readily available

Cleanliness was beyond expectation at this price range. Even the house keeping staff was cooperative

Very bed experience in this hotel. As i m worldtraveller i have not seen this type of hotel. I had checkout my room in 8 hrs. In noon i had check in at 13. 00 hrs i waited 45 mnts for room. In reception i saw one is very angry that hotel charge for stain in towel. After checkin in my room i had ordered salad, salad is good. After sometime i ordered tea n juice, tea is like water no taste. Juice lots of ice. After sometime i ordered soup. Orders 3 starter i got starter after 30 mnts, i got starters with 2 plates i told pols send 2 more plates i got plate another 20 mnts. I ordered biryani n papad i had waited for 45 mnts i dont get food. Communication is very bed in this hotel. No one care. As i m diabatis patience i had order food n not get food very bed hotel. At the end i had checkout this hotel with very bed memories. I share my personal view pols dont go to this hotel. Please improve your quality and service

Property seems very old, seems aged badly. The room was looking bad. Curtains were used of bad quality.

Hotel is in good area. But the staff service is of average quality. It is close to tata institute of social science which is 10 min journey from hotel. The room service was not upto the mark. Locality becomes good positive point. Can consider of staying but dont expect much.

the room in which i had stayed was clean.. location very good.... restaurants near by....... .. I enjoyed the stay

We have not received breakfast and lunch refund. Other arrangements were good.
