U Rivergate Resort

Rating could've been five stars without doubt but... 1. We couldn't get all rooms ready together in spite of the well in advance booking with full payment 2. One of the rooms AC was being repaired and there was no coordination between service staff and reception. 3. Rooms allotted were sizzling hot due to the metal sheet roof and closed room for a long time 4. It took almost an hour to get settled comfortably with constant follow up and reminders 5. As the rooms are far from reception, electric buggies took so much time to come after calling for one 6. When kids were excited to enjoy kayaking, buggie took us to a kayaking spot without mentioning the closing time. 7. Checkout luggage pickup never happened, we have to take our own cars near rooms and load luggage by ourselves. Now some positives 1. Property is fantastic and well landscaped with well spaced rooms for privacy 2. Interior roads are well maintained and cleaning is proper 3. The reception is a very nice and vibrant place with sofa seats and welcome drinks ( better to sit in reception than to go to rooms with hot air) 4. Many activities to choose from for kids and adults too 5. Swimming pool with unique design and its basement location among the hills like surrounding makes it so soothing and enjoyable 6. Restaurant food is tasty and a lot of Verity to choose from 7. A pleasant surprise was when the Chief Chef offered our group coffee after we finished the dinner 8. Reception staff were trying very hard to meet the varied demands of agitated customers with politeness 9. Housekeeping staff was attentive to the requests 10. Horse riding, Zip-line like experiences are fun for kids and adults. U Rivergate can become a preferred choice for Mumbaikars and their guests if some of the shortcomings mentioned above are taken care of at the earliest.

Outdoor ambiance is awesome. Property is maintained nicely. Rooms are good however lack some finer touch in terms of toiletries etc. Especially they must work on remedial actions to control frogs, etc entering inside the rooms. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety in cuisines but dinner buffet was not upto mark. They provide lot of physical activities which is a plus point, though on chargeable basis. Staff is polite but lacks some professional approach. Overall it was a satisfactory experience but not to the level of 4 star as they claim.

Beautiful location and resort- Very nice property..excellent location ..awesome hospitality..rooms were spacious clean ,food is really tasty..especially breakfast spread is nice..service was top notch..special mention to Jagdish for arranging my wedding anniversary cake..will definately visit again with family..must mention for Sagar at reception for smooth checkin and checkout..Please do visit this place for relaxing private time off.

Our stay at U Rivergate was simply amazing! The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality made it a perfect getaway.A heartfelt thank you to Sanket and Hanuman for their exceptional service. And a special mention to Adesh, the horse rider,whose calm nature and friendly approach made the horse ride an unforgettable experience.U Rivergate is the place to be. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our overall stay at the U Rivergate Resort was truly enjoyable. The resort is beautifully located amidst lush greenery near a serene river, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The food served throughout our stay was excellent — flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

it was a great experience ,stayed there for two days. good property, peaceful and green. everyone in the property were extremely helpful, Mangal who was taking us around in the electric was always proactively helpful to take around or pick up my family up or drop at our rooms . Rooms were clean , room service was fast and effective. This was nice and peaceful two days.

Wonderful resort at this price point. USP is the river at back of the resort and delicious food. Food prices are little bit high. Overall a good stay option near Mumbai

The property is good and equipped with all facilities. The food is delicious and so is its quality however a bit pricey. Room service was quick and housekeeping was good. Recommended for a 2N stay.

Nice cozy place in the nature far away from city, Good comfortable stay nice location property is 4 star in all aspects food is bit cold for buffet can be done better scope for improvement!!

Properly is amazing and its ambience is awesome. Full of greenery. Bonsai gardens is incredible. There are lots of activities to do. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Food quality is also very good. Fully enjoyed our stay 🌷🌷

Beautiful property spread in 60 plus acres. Lot of good activities with in resort. Nice food , Nice staff makes your stay enjoyable.

Once you reach the location, you feel like you have unearthed heaven on earth. Full blooming Nature.. so much of greenery and River was mesmerising. On top of it we got rains, so you can’t ask anything more. Rooms were great and food was awesome 👌

Property is amazing. Very nice location on bank of the river. Fantastically maintained. Rooms are very comfortable in size. Food is delicious & upto the marks with very fast service. Staff is very polite, friendly & cooperative. Overall 10 out of 10.

I had a truly delightful stay! The staff were exceptionally cheerful and always eager to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambience was lovely, and everything was impeccably clean. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable experience.
