It was an amazing experience in U Rivergate resort. Very good ambience, staff , rooms were excellent, services were very fast . Had lots of fun and enjoyed alot.

I got sick staying there , on the day of checkout was really unwell .down with stomach infection & viral

We experienced several issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and there was no mobile network coverage at all. Management was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. Food prices were unreasonably high, and no welcome drink was offered at check-in. We had to call multiple times just to get basic housekeeping services. It took us nearly 4 hours after check-in to resolve basic issues, including the network connection. On a positive note, the helpers and EV drivers were extremely polite and supportive, which we truly appreciated. However, the reception staff and overall management were disappointing and lacked professionalism.

The rooms are very well maintained and offer a comfortable stay. The food is also appreciable, particularly the à la carte options, though the breakfast buffet leaves room for improvement. However, the amenities require urgent attention. Both the gym and the game zone were in a poor state of upkeep. None of the gym equipment was in usable condition, and even basic facilities such as speakers were non-functional. This significantly impacts the overall guest experience, especially for those who value recreational and fitness facilities during their stay. Despite these shortcomings, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. With better focus on maintenance and upkeep of amenities, the management can greatly enhance the value of this otherwise pleasant property.

The amenities are not up to the mark. Most of it is old and need upgrade. Slow Service. Food was good. Rooms were clean.

The property is Awesom and well planned the cotages and ambient is very Good. U can enjoy peaceful atmosphere

the property is well maintained but the service for a deluxe room where I paid for a night was not at all worth. The complementary stuff such as welcomw drink was a 10 rs real mix juice packet. The bedsheets were dirty with stains on them. Toilet seat was dirty with no dental kit

Nice cozy place in the nature far away from city, Good comfortable stay nice location property is 4 star in all aspects food is bit cold for buffet can be done better scope for improvement!!

Our stay at U Rivergate was simply amazing! The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality made it a perfect getaway.A heartfelt thank you to Sanket and Hanuman for their exceptional service. And a special mention to Adesh, the horse rider,whose calm nature and friendly approach made the horse ride an unforgettable experience.U Rivergate is the place to be. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful property spread in 60 plus acres. Lot of good activities with in resort. Nice food , Nice staff makes your stay enjoyable.

The property is good and equipped with all facilities. The food is delicious and so is its quality however a bit pricey. Room service was quick and housekeeping was good. Recommended for a 2N stay.

Properly is amazing and its ambience is awesome. Full of greenery. Bonsai gardens is incredible. There are lots of activities to do. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Food quality is also very good. Fully enjoyed our stay 🌷🌷

Once you reach the location, you feel like you have unearthed heaven on earth. Full blooming Nature.. so much of greenery and River was mesmerising. On top of it we got rains, so you can’t ask anything more. Rooms were great and food was awesome 👌

Natural beauty. Welcome drink was not served. Room services are bit slow. Buffet was so yummy with lots of varieties. Ala carta menu chicken was not good.
