It was nice to stay at River Gate. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all the amenities were working. The king-size room is very good. The air conditioning was functional and cooled the room well, and the TV was also working. Regarding the food, it was acceptable. They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The liquor selection is limited; for example, only two types of beer were available. However, the breakfast was good. They have excellent options such as poha, South Indian, North Indian, Mediterranean, and American breakfast, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The quality was good. The property itself is very nice, lush green, and peaceful. You can walk around the grounds for hours. The swimming pool was also good and fully functional. We used the spa services, which were good, though there was a limited number of therapists available. The room service was good. The staff members were pleasant to speak with and courteous. The reception, check-in, and check-out processes were also very efficient. However, we felt that the property is not consistently maintained across all rooms. It seems they limit the use of the property and only become fully operational during the peak season. The best time to visit is during the rainy season; otherwise, it is too hot. The tennis court was in bad shape and not maintained. Aside from that, all the facilities were good. It is a good location for vacations, conferences, and similar events. I recommend this to everyone for a one-night stay. Leave early in the morning to arrive around 1:00 p.m. and request an early check-in so you can enjoy the property to the fullest. Additionally, they can provide a one-and-a-half-hour late check-out upon request. They also have a mobile app through which you can place orders and check current offers. The property is very photogenic and located near the river. Thanks.

Really good U Rivergate Resort & Spa, Karjat and had a very nice stay with family. Rooms were really good and staff were polite and helpful. Only thing food was expensive but live Maharashtrian counter during Ganpati season was one of the good thing we found where puran poli and bhakri was served and which was very yummy. My kids had good time in pool as they have separate pool for kids.
