U rivergate property stay was very pleasant but services are poor. No coordination between front desk staff and room service staff. Rooms are neat and clean but no towels or floor mat after asking they provided us same goes with buggy. Going for dinner and dinner waited for buggy almost for half an hour called them twice but in vain. Not even got call back from front office staff and after asking them for the same they called buggy person and said he forgot we are sorry same goes with blanket just one blanket provided and when call for extra blanket as it was included in our stay they told me we will give you just wait for 5 minutes but no use. Same like buggy they forgot to give. Food was awesome and delicious high on rates but worth it. Staff was polite but no coordination. Just every time saying sorry sorry sorry. Overall nice experience for stay 4 for staff 2 and for food 4.5 rating.

The facility is amazing and the service is really good. Any requests made for room service were promptly addressed. The restaurant service was also very good. Santosh made sure our personalized requests were appropriately taken care of as I had my mom travelling with us who has sensitivity towards certain foods. Truly enjoyed the stay and would definitely visit again. Activities co-ordination could improve a bit as we had to wait for almost an hour for someone to show at the activities spot. Also, pool times could extend during Summers as kids love to spend time in swimming pool.

Amazing resort with a beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this resort.

The property is huge. There are a lot of activities to do, some are paid and few are complimentary. Food is expensive, but it's delicious. Hygiene is maintained. The rooms are clean. The staff is humble and polite. For family and group picnics it's an idle place.

It is a best place to stay with family and friends. It's located within for having all the necessary amenities like swimming pool, gym spa as well as a very good dining. Space the rooms are really spacious and you will surely enjoy the day.

Starting with Location which is far from city center and private vehicle is recommended. Food quality was good. Didn't find Room service up to the mark, required things received post 2-3 reminders. Property and overall ambiance is good.

Property and food was good. Evening and early morning time the property gives you chilling and surreal vibes. Check in process was chaotic. Checkin time shall be around 12 instead of 2pm
