The property’s location is a major plus—just about 700 meters from the park, making it extremely convenient for families and tourists. Check-in & Staff Interaction The check-in process was smooth, but we noticed that the front desk staff, while polite, were not very attentive or well-trained. They were not easily approachable, and when we encountered an issue with our room (an unpleasant smell and a used coffee mug), the response was slow and somewhat disorganized. The front desk sent a restaurant staff member to collect the mug, and when we explained the situation, they redirected us to housekeeping, who unfortunately informed us that the staff had already left for the day. Room & Cleanliness. The room itself was spacious, but the initial smell was off-putting. The cleanliness issue with the coffee mug was disappointing and suggests a need for better attention to detail from the housekeeping team.The Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli’s restaurant was a highlight of our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service from the restaurant staff was commendable. However, they could benefit from additional training in customer service to make guests feel more warmly welcomed and attended to.One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the early check-out time of 10:00 am. Given that the gym opens at 8:00 am and breakfast begins at 7:00 am, it feels unreasonable for guests to have such a short window to enjoy the facilities before leaving. When we requested a late check-out, we were only granted an additional 30 minutes, which was disappointing. It was one of the best stay options available there. In fact, the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli had only 5-6 rooms occupied out of 88 they gave us the best food and the service as well Breakfast was with a lot of options due to which once you have breakfast you do not need to lunch or eat snacks also breakfast was so superb quality which was very delicious and head cook was committed to serve us the best food by coming after every few minutes to check the food and it's quality as well as quantity

The room was good and the view from the room was excellent . The ambience of the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli si very good and it is neat and clean. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the food quality was good and it had good vegitarian options. The breakfast was fine with multiple options to choose from. Overall we had the pleasant stay and plan to visit again. The thing we enjoyed the most was roof top swimming pool with awesome nature view.

A wonderful choice if you want to stay in Khopoli. Though by the road, the Mountain View and relative quiet surrounding make for a great stay. Super clean with comfortable bed, extra bed available and very very prompt room service in spite of Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli being full. Food is tasty and complimentary breakfast is sumptuous.

I have stayed in the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli twice and it was a greta experience both the times. The staff and services are very good. The venue of the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli overlooks the hills around. The food is also delicious.

Property is right next to Imagica. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. Food is good and the breakfast spread was adequate. Pool is a little small for a property of this size.
