Citrus Classic Bengaluru

It was a two nights stay at the Citrus Classic Bengaluru. The Citrus Classic Bengaluru is located on the ORR itself and the approach is very convenient. The Citrus Classic Bengaluru has a small gym and Spa, which we didn't use. They do not have a pool. The rooms have all the amenities such as electric kettle, iron, toiletries etc. The staff at the Citrus Classic Bengaluru are super pleasant and assist you with a smile. Our room was upgraded on arrival. We had breakfast at the Citrus Classic Bengaluru and there were decent amount of choices and food was tasty. We requested the Citrus Classic Bengaluru for a late checkout and they allowed us one and half hours beyond our checkout time which worked for us. Checkout was also smooth as we had booked through MMT.

No issues with the stay. Excellent location, great service, great food. The breakfast spread was nice. A-la-carte was reasonably priced, but fine for a 4-star Citrus Classic Bengaluru. A few things they can still improve: 1. Improve room assignment. I was staying by myself, but they gave me a room with two small beds instead of one large. 2. The gym was tiny. 3. Washrooms in the room didn't have a working exhaust. It wasn't bad, but can get quite damp if multiple people have to use. 4. Restaurant didn't have an accessible washbasin; going into the washrooms to wash hands wasn't nice. 5. The bed linen and towels aren't the best quality. They were clean, but just not premium material.

Location is good and easy to reach from airport. The Citrus Classic Bengaluru rooms and Citrus Classic Bengaluru is well kept,neat and clean. The hospitality is excellent. Food is also good. You can enjoy rooftop dining. The only thing which I noted was that the size of lat cum bath was comparatively small. The services were quick and prompt. I would definitely recommend this property for accommodation.

Everything about the Citrus Classic Bengaluru is great. Rooms are slightly small but service, food,location all makes up for it Everyone is keen to help you and make ur stay comfortable. Food spread is good and taste is exemplary. Even bfast spread is good They have a bar and restaurant on terrace and it's a must visit in evenings with the breeze and music it help you relax after a stressful day

The stay at Citrus was good. The room was very good and comfortable. However, the TV had some issues with the screen. I also had dinner buffet but the food was not hot. I had god time as I enjoyed the ipl match at the rooftop restaurant with slight drizzle. The morning breakfast was nice again at the rooftop restaurant and this time it was quite sunny with mild breeze.

I stayed at citrus classic Bangalore for a day. Even though it was a short stay, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was warm,professional and very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. Overall had a lovely stay

The property is clean and neat. Breakfast is very good which is recommended to try and. Had a good experience staying.

Breakfast: excellent except the filter coffee. Dinner : excellent Staff: Average I had ordered a sandwich in my room. It was terrible.

Stay was decent and excellent location.. Food was good ..Had started for about 12 hrs only. Staff was very helpful and courteous.. Only improvement would be to provide covered parking for the cars..

My first stay at Citrus was really nice. Recently refurbished rooms, amazing food and very courteous rooms service helped me to destress after a day long work.
