I got room 202 and it was terrible. It was wet, smelly and the washroom was not hygienic at all. The towel was smelly and wet too.

My worst stay at treebo verdiss

Lift not working all three days, bed sheets and pillow cover unwashed and smelling bad, tea kettle was ugly and not clean, low quality furniture and interior poor hygiene of bathroom smelling towels poor light in room

businessStinking room, dust everywhere, bed sheet had stains, pillows had fungus which was covered by covers, no hot water, we couldn’t stay over night, just used the room to wash and change, post that we checked out within an hour. We took the room for the brand treebo, but couldn’t trust the brand anymore now. Please avoid this property if you have sinus or any sensitive issues, i got headache by just staying there for an hour

Space needs renovation, staff is helpful

soloI had a good experience of a treebo property in another city and decided to book it again. This property is really badly constructed and managed. There is wetness in the walls and damp smell. Pillow covers and such are not clean. The whole place needs thorough renovation. The staff was super helpful though.

The room was absolutely dirty with soiled bedsheets and pillow covers, the towels were dirty and the air conditioner hardly worked in the room, there was no hot water running in the bathroom during our 1 day stay the electricity went off multiple times, got stuck in the lift and had to wait for help. The person at the reception was unhelpful and rude at the time of the check in. The hotel states a free early check in but when we actually arrived at the hotel the guy denied us the check in and asked us to pay an extra 800 rs, and then he came down to 500rs, i immediately called the treebo costumer care and spoke to their executive ms shivani who was extremely helpful and helped us to get an early check in without any extra charges. Would not recommend this hotel for the stay even though without got to check in the experience was terrible and the owner was very unpleasant.

Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff absolutely loved everything about this hotel! so clean and cosy, perfect location get on the 100e bus from the airport and it stops right outside this hotel, then get back on it back to the airport from right outside the hotel and it leaves every ten minutes, we walked everywhere in budapest from here, the illusion museum next door is brilliant. We got the most amazing welcome with a glass of champagne and do-mi (dominique) the nicest hotel receptionist ever, she told us all the best places to go and best foods to try, she gave us a map and explained everything to us in her perfectly spoken english and made us feel so welcome, would 100% definitely stay here again
