Location is very good. Near to kalighat metro. Rooms are decent to the price point and its clean enough. Hotel have its own restaurant and also nearby you have lots of option to eat. Overall it was a good stay to the price point.

Location is Good. Rooms are good, clean & hygienic. Complimentary Breakfast is not good at all. No choice is available. You have to eat what they have cooked compulsory. Hotel do not offer slippers for Bathroom.

Not worth it

I checked in at the night of 7th July for 4 nights. It was around 10pm I checked in. The reception staff is rude and keeps an eye on every person entering and exiting the property not in a very good way. If you have guests female or male they will enquire as if it is their right to know who is accompanying us. I was asked twice it was my elder brother and elder sister with her kid. They speak to you, as if they have done a favour to you by giving you the room. The room allotted was filthy, linens dirty, plumbing leaking, o asked for a linen change. Even the changed new linen had male hair, stains and spots. I could not use their comforter and slept with my stole on. Next day when I requested for a room change (since MMT showed me an upgrade) I was denied saying no rooms are available.I requested housekeeping, nobody arrived till 11:30am despite of informing them that I had to leave somewhere. I escalated the issue with MMT IDk treebo team called me to cancel the booking which I didn’t ask. I was told the hotel has asked to cancel. But I stood my ground and asked for better room. After a lot of back and forth, a new room was allotted. The breakfast they serve is basic bread, eggs, tea. The housekeeping team is polite. So is the serving team. I had informed for one night my elder sister will stay with me, and I was happy paying the charges if any. They took 500/- for 1 person however there was a lot of reluctance to sharing proper invoice. Even for checkout I was asked to vacate the room at 10:30am there check out time is 11am. And when I requested the receptionist she rudely declined saying we have too many bookings. The hotel is in shambles, dirty and unhygienic. For daily traveller on a budget or for work it’s okay, I will not recommend this to people who have a sense of hygiene, is looking for a relaxed stay and who would like to enjoy good hospitality.

Poor Stay

We had booked the stay for 2 persons, but only 1 towel was provided. Similarly, only one water bottle was given, and we had to request the second one separately. The breakfast experience was disappointing—it was served in utensils that were not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was below expectations. Additionally, the breakfast spread was extremely limited with very few options available. We strongly suggest improving the cleanliness, hygiene standards, and breakfast variety for a better guest experience.

(Day 1 ) 6th june - when we entered in the room we did not find any chair or table. next day in the morning no dental kit and tea pouches were not given to us. after repeatedly asking, they provided only black tea and sugar pouch but did not give the milk pouch. 7th june-even for washroom use I have to ask for the soap and towel too. in the morning I rang many times at reception but nobody was picking the phone. water bottle was also given to us after we demand it. when we booked the hotel, it was shown in the image that two chairs and table will be given which was not available in the hotel when I said that I will write a complain then the receptionist sent one by one two chairs but no table. in the breakfast buffet don't think that it is a buffet because everything is given to to the travellers in limit. you cannot demand anything second time because it is told that only one banana and one egg will be given in the breakfast so which kind of breakfast buffet it is????? I think must look into this matter and before giving these hotels in the list they must check themselves that the hotel follow all the rules and regulation or not customer is satisfied or not.

I am a loyal customer of make my trip but they did not refund my amount as the hotel did not allowed me to check in as the hotel do not allowed unmarried couples, but when I booked the hotel there was the option for unmarried couples. I did not checked it but you have took the money which you did not refund yet

Good points - Staff is generous and always ready to help. Near by market is available for basic things. Things which need to take care- 1. It is at red light and cab driver will drop 100 mtrs here or there. 2. plumbing required at bathroom. 3. Mini bar rates were almost 150% higher than mrp.
