Decent stay option, can be booked for short stay. The first room that they gave me did not have Wi-Fi signal, and upon complaining they changed. Another room that they gave did not have any hot water(they asked to switch on the geyser, which of course I did)also the dustbin was not functional that was creating a mess well. Even after complaining, these issues weren't fixed. Breakfast option below par.

since day 1 of the hotel , I'm coming have a great experience. Great place to stay and enjoy with your friends and family

Property was good, stay and communication also good only variety of food suppose to increase.

Pathetic experience with hotel and MMT customer service department as if you both are competing who can offer the worst service. Hotel struggling to maintain toiletries supply on time. Towel delayed by hours as they dont have adequate towel to cover the rooms guest. Room smells. Insects inside room. Parking, food, AC are such important services which matters the stay and hotel clearly mention under room and hotel category if they dont offer any of these services but this hotel doesn't offer parking and asked us to park on road. Whole night i will be under imense stress and threat of car being unsafe. We plan and stay at reputed hotel in new city so that we can keep our travel plan hassle-free. hotel has not mentioned parking in their amenities list. But my point is it should be highlited in bold if they dont offer parking just like they mention if the room has AC or not, if they offer food or not. When asked for cold water they denined the availability and said we cant offer anything you can mark a complaint. Such rude behaviour from hotel and such casual shallow support

The hotel is just one year old but feels like a super new construction like a month old or 2. Service is nice. Rooms are good. Quality and taste of food is good. I loved having tea here. overall an excellent stay

I gave my clothes to the hotel staff to clean, but they lost them. I had included breakfast when booking, but the hotel charged for breakfast as well.

Good was good. Other things need to improve a lot. It cannot be a 3 star rated hotel.

Property's food is excellent. Location is also good. Room size is quite small, it may be a little big.

It was a good experience Properties location was appropriate for Durga pooja pandal hoping and kalighat Being centrally located made it feasible for visiting major tourist spots Hotel staff was very helpful The amenities and services were appropriate as per the price paid for the stay.

The location was great, food was good too, amenities were okay coz there was no handwash in the bathroom, only soap and also lift was not working for the last 2 days of our stay and service was okay.

the overall stay was quite good. The washroom was well maintained and proper items were provided On top of that the bed,the amenities were well provided and the food was above average at best so overall the stay was quite plesant

Location is good, food is also average, the room is pretty comfortable as a solo traveller and the staff are friendly would surely recommend for normal stay

The room was neat and tidy. The Washroom was clean, and staff was professional in approach . the food ordered was also great in quantity and taste... will recommend others for the stay.

They me to pay an extra amount for unreasonable things. They me to make extra money. The wifi was not working properly. The restaurant service was too slow.

The hotel staff haarrsh ma'am for a bedsheet that it was damaged by her. Whereas ther was no cleaning one day before. She stayed in the hotel whenever she travels. Hotel is good but you need to trained you staff more
