soloLocation is excellent - centre of south calcutta, a happening place for eateries, street food, shopping in lake market area, gariahat, close to metro station ( convenient for going anywhere including dakshineswar) and kalighat kali temple. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and smiling. Very hospitable. They want the guests to be happy. Food was awesome.

It was very bad experience

TV was not working. Room was allotted in other premises. No mobile network. No internet network. No room service. Not asking for water at least in room when I requested for water then only provide. I requested for change the room they said it is not possible for the same day and ask me to change when I got ready for work on other day. It was very bad experience, please do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
