I had requested a late checkout since I was checking in extremely late, and the team initially agreed to it. However, right at 12 PM, I started getting calls asking me to checkout. I reminded them about my late checkout request, but the coordination seemed poor. When I returned from work around 1 PM, I couldn’t even open my room door as my key card had been deactivated. After calling the front desk, it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come and help. Even after explaining that I had already requested a late checkout so I could rest a bit, the staff was not cooperative or understanding. Overall, the stay experience was disappointing in terms of service and guest handling. I really hope the management works on better communication and hospitality for future guests.

The staff were extremely supportive, and the property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place for a perfect and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time at The Lalit — it’s always my 6-year-old daughter’s favorite place!

I had to pay 600 for a bottle for water and the water was not upto the mark . They charged me 600 for a himalaya water that to a small bottle, if they want to charge that much at least give a good brand of water fiji evian perrier
