1. Location- prime location. Just beside the main road. In front of chandni chowk metro gate. 2. Room- very clean and well maintained. The room size is ok i would say. Little bit on the smaller side. 3. Bathroom- i am a kind of person who is more concerned about the bathroom than the actual room. I must say the bathroom is the highlight of the room. Very clean and feels hygienic. Quite spacious. I am really impressed with the bathroom. 4. Service- very professional and on point. 5. Food- although i ate in this hotel only once but i believe they do not have an in-house restaurant but you can order for food and they will serve everything in your room. If i would be very judgmental to point out one con then that would be that the ground floor has a bar so u have to bear with some music till 1/2am at night. But in the room the music did not feel very disturbing and very easily adjustable. You can stay in this property without any question

familyNo flooding. The hotel's location is just 20 ft (approx) from chandni chowk metro station, very easy for the boarders. Hotel is well managed. Also neat and clean.

Bad behavior of the hotel staffs

The staffs in the hotel are bad. They don't know how to behave or talk to a guest. It's bad gesture of commending on back when you don't know the language. Very much humiliated me. Never choose this option if you travel to kolkata

Washroom was clean. Room service good. Reception kept our ids till c hake out don't know why. Room too small. Otherwise everything okay for 1 day staying.
