While booking a room in this hotel from 'make my trip' we saw a single rate, whereas there are different rates as per room's layout. And we were given a least rated room.

1.No complementary aditional 2hrs at the time of checkout 2.No electric kettle given for tea 3.TV remote did not work properly at times 4.On a request for late checkout for atleast 3 to 4 hrs extra asked for an entire day charge of Rs2100.

room was not spacious They provided different congested room There is no restaurant.

Good room ,cleanness ,good location, AC proper working, hot water, bottled drinking water. Overall all good.Rent also reasonable.Room service very nice😊👍

Nice room and cleaning was good.. staff was also good.. no gate close restrictions at night.. you can enjoy any late night event and get entry at room any time..

The Property is located next to the Esplanade post office. It is well connected to the public transport such as Tram, Metro, Bus, Taxi,etc. Near Calcutta High Court and Raj Bhavan.

Hotel receptionist was not so cooperative,room service was delayed,i made a checkin by 9:30 am and checkout same day by 7:00 pm,but they charged me for prior checkin of Rs.494.00. I requested the hotel for not charging me the early checkin price as I stay only for 9 hours.moreover the rooms are vacant when i made the checkin.

celling fan was not working properly no soap and toilet papers were provided bedsheet were unclean and telling issues to the staff several times but no one provided any service
