The Morvee Hotels Alipore was nicely furnished and with a lot of amenities. Room service was also excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and well mannered including the security staff. The rooms are technologically savvy, the room service is quick. The food taste is average. Staff are well trained but don't make you feel welcome. The check-in and check-out process is quick. Some improvement from the staff side is required.

Food prices were suitable but after the billing was done it was increased. Higher gst taxes were included and it became way too higher. Food billing should be done wisely
