GOOD QUALITY STAY WITH GOOD BEHAVIOR AND MAINTAINED PREMISSES AS WELL. IN ROOM DINING MENU CAN BE BETTER IN OVERALL. SOME RECEPTIONIST (I THINK) NOT UP TO THE MARK AS PER OTHER STANDARD BY THERE NATURE OF DOING THE DUTY. AND AS OUTSIDERS ARE ALOWED FOR THE ROOF TOP AND ITS QUITE BUSY, SO POOL ENTRANCE SHOULD BE SEPARATE. AND OUTSIDERS CUSTOMER CAN BE IN THERE OWN BEHAVIOR, BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE EFFECTED TO HOTEL STUFFS.N MAYT BE THEY ARE FREQUENT ROOF TOPER OR DAILY FINISHER, BUT ITS ABOUT THE BRAND REPUTATION. OTHER THAN I AM GIVING LONG COMMENT COZ I REALLY LIKE THE PREMISES. AND WISH TO VISIT AGAIN

One of my best Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata experiences ever. An absolute MUST mention for each and every staff member of the Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata - one of the most professional and courteous team. It’s as if each one of them have one and only one objective - to make every guest’s stay an absolutely delightful experience. Fabulous spread of breakfast and simply sumptuous menu at the Call On restaurant. I look forward to many more of such experiences with you guys.

The condition of the room was not good. The walls had damp and the AC was not working at all.. since there was no provision of fans, it became quite difficult.. The food is not good and the options in veg are too less. Considering the prices, not worth it No such additional facilities i could see. A basic 3 star Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata has it all

I had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and easy to reach. The property was well-maintained with clean rooms and good facilities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Food quality was decent too. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience—definitely recommend!

My recent stay at the hyatt centric was truly exceptional!!From the moment i arrived,staff wad incredibly friendly and helpful,making me feel comfortable and welcome.the room was impeccably clean and well appointed,with all the amenities i needed.the location perfect.

Nice Experience, rooms are decent, fresh, clean. Service staff is supportive and very caring, they welcomed well, concerned about everything along with rooms, dining, overall stay experience. Greeting nicely and asking for the feedback to improve.

Everything about the stay was seamless. Right from the checkin till checkout. Staff were courteous and helpful. Dinner and Breakfast at Yayavar was delicious and the team went an extra mile to make sure our experience was top notch.

Great food, efficient service & comfortable rooms. Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Kolkata to try this one. You will not be disappointed.
