Bedsheets and pillow covers were terrible, I can even see blood stains on it . Extra bed was also not comfortable

Low grade rooms and washroom not clean and low quality interior used washroom Tab is not working properly room cleaning and bedding is not well room door handle is broken over all Hyatt is famous for good quality of food and best service and great hospitality but Mujhe ese kuch nhi laga.

Hotel is located in hub of janakapuri, nearest to Janakapuri metro with ample parking space. Rooms are cozy, hygiene and clean. Breakfast has various varieties juice, fresh fruit, veg -no veg items and bakery item..

Property location was excellent, the food was great and the service was spectacular ..................

We went there for a birthday of our kid, but when we enter staff was not good and room was too much smelly again they clean the room after after room freshener room was again after 10 to 15 minutes again get smelling bathroom was not clean and it was not worth property for Hyatt, such a property, not well maintained Worst stay ever

checkin process was chaos, room key not working, AC not working and luggage not sent to the room till 60 minutes after checkin.

The property is grimly maintained and the services were disappointing. Multiple follow-ups for housekeeping and room service and taking hours to fulfill the request. I also had 20% off on FnB being a MMTblack platinum member which was not availed in my Fnb bill as they denied knowledge of it. Alll in all would not recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. At the time of booking, the room pictures clearly showed a bathtub, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find no bathtub at all. This felt and left a very poor first impression. The dinner buffet was another letdown, offering very limited variety for the price being charged. Breakfast was decent, but nothing exceptional. The swimming pool was also quite disappointing; while clean, it was uniformly 5 feet deep, making it unsuitable for children and not practical for a family-friendly experience. The room maintenance was below par. The bathroom door made a loud noise every time it was used, and the cupboard door would not close properly. Additionally, the room lighting was inconsistent and not working as it should, adding to the discomfort. Overall, I found the property poorly maintained and not delivering on its promises. For the price and the way it was marketed, the stay did not feel justified. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the current standards are not acceptable for guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access, making it comfortable for travel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the required amenities. The food was fresh and tasty with good variety. Staff members were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, the services provided were excellent and made my stay comfortable and memorable.

Good food great service , Khushi and amit were polite , breakfast buffet was good and dinner as well.

Check in and check out process was smooth, food quality was good, items available in bathroom were not of Hyatt standard rest was good.
