Location was very approachable and the rooms were good. Washroom was also neat and hygienic. Though it was a short stay for me as I wanted to reach Delhi Cantt railway station early, I felt it is good under that budget if you are searching for a budget-friendly room.

This, I would say, was pathetic. Not recommended to anyone. MMT should consider including such hotels in its list. No housekeeping, no basic amenities as per booking, they don't even check what was in the booking package, maybe good for unmarried couples visiting, not for family stay. They don't even put laundry items, i., towels, soap, etc. I have asked for it. No dustbin, I have to change my 1st allotted room, . Seems they don't even take pain to clean the room after their guests. I was alone, and because it is near my exam centre, I had to bear all that. Think before booking.

1. Room condition was unhygienic torn bedsheets stinking smell, no ac remote no tv no dustbin worser than a train genral compartment 2. Staff showed discontent of booking thorough makemytrip and demanded money again, I refused 3. I was denied btekfasr and even a single water bottle 4. I need refund for my breakfast complimentary payment

Worst management poor service untidy staff behaviour and receptionist asking to pay before stay. Taking out luggage from the room without informing the guest and displacing and misplacing my belongings. Very scary and pathetic hospitality Absolutely very poor service not providing basic amenities even request was ignored. Most horrific experience i extended another night stay the fellow receptionist dragged out my luggage and my belongings and misplacing my some garments in my absence without my permission. Also took demanded to pay money before the night stay with heated argument. Also the untidy staff behaviour was untorable and was laughing at my agony occupying the guest sofa.

Poor Experience the hotel rooms are not in good condition there was a cupboard with broken door and cannot access the full mirror bcoz cupboard can't move then no hangers no towels they event don't provide plates for food asked for extra money during check in as it was OYO hotel charged me 300 bucks more doesn't have a phone in room to call reception or housekeeping dirty bedsheets and blanket

Al are very poor and disgusting never book with make my trip support is also very poor and there is no refund even we didn’t stay because of bad property

It was terrible stay in hotel townhouse nangal raya on 04-nov-24. The room was very small, lacked toiletries, and had a broken, dusty almirah with no space to hang clothes. The hotel denied to give complimentary breakfast even it was included in my booking, and the staff were unresponsive. The walls were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Initially they denied the check-in saying they couldn't give a booking on the price mentioned on make my trip. Later on they provided us with a very dirty room with no ac, tv, geyser. Although we have booked the room including complimetry breakfast, they refused to give any breakfast in the morning saying we can't provide you breakfast in your booking. Overall it was a terrible experience.
